Many experts claim that the major cause of back problems has to do with the mattresses we sleep on. With millions of people suffering from chronic back pain, its no wander that the first question mark has to be with our sleeping patterns. Unless you do work that is physically demanding, sleeping is one of the major causes because when you sleep your back often gets twisted into a variety of odd positions that is not only bad for your spine, but bad for your back muscles as well.
Why would you want a firmer mattress? As I mentioned above they are excellent ways to improve a softer bed. It's very tricky to firm up a soft bed but a memory foam topper can do this for you quite easily. If your bed has some parts that 'aren't quite as good as they used to be' then this can be a simple way to improve the texture of it.
You can also try soaking dark-colored stains in vinegar. Mix one cup distilled white vinegar with two cups of water. Place the solution in spray container. Spray the solution on the areas affected. Let it stay there for about an hour. This should dissolve the stains. After an hour, wipe the residues off. Get a damp towel and wipe the affected area. Let it dry completely.
